The main festival of the temple is the Ayilyam Mahotsavam, celebrated annually on the day of the Ayilyam star. This sacred occasion is observed with great devotion by both the family members and the local community. During the festival, special rituals such as Deepaaradhana (lamp worship), Pushparchana (flower offerings), Bhajans, and Annadanam (food offerings) are performed with deep reverence. The celebrations also include Chendamelam (traditional percussion), Velichappadu (oracle rituals), and various cultural performances, adding to the festive spirit. പൂജകൾ (Pooja)
കോയിപ്പുഴ ദേവി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ ദിവസേന നിത്യപൂജകൾ ആചാരപൂർവ്വം നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. രാവിലെ ദേവിയുടെ അഭിഷേകം, അർച്ചന, ദീപാരാധന എന്നിവയും വൈകുന്നേരങ്ങളിൽ സന്ധ്യാ ദീപാരാധന, പുഷ്പാർച്ചന, ദേവി നാമ ജപം എന്നിവയും നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. പ്രധാന ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ തൃക്കാർത്തിക, ചിങ്ങം ഒന്നാം തീയ്യതി, വിജയദശമി, മന്ദലകാലം എന്നിവയിലും പ്രത്യേക പൂജകൾ നടക്കാറുണ്ട്. പൂജാ രീതികളിൽ പാരമ്പര്യവും ഭക്തിപാരവശ്യവുമാണ് മുഖ്യമായ നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത്, അതുവഴി ഭക്തർക്ക് ആത്മീയ സമാധാനം പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
